My name is Max. I do freelance web design, graphic design, and software development. This is my portfolio. I like making websites with the newest technologies, such as CSS3 and AJAX. Since, I am a programmer at heart, you won't find any super artsy designs from me. I believe good code is 1000 times better than a flashy design. Useability is the key.

Process
- Price will be agreed on between client and me.
- 25% of payment will be payed up front, along with signed contract.
- I will make two concept drawings. The client will choose which one to use.
- Wireframe for development is layed out in XHTML and CSS (Tableless Development)
- Graphics are done in Photoshop CS3 Extended (Fireworks CS4 in special cases)
- Graphics are added into the design. Stylistic elements are formed.
- Client supplied information is added.
- If the site will use my custom made Content Management System, it will be added in ($25 dollar single site license fee will be added to cost).
- Features are added in as needed.
- Any effects are added in(jQuery is used by default)
- Pages will be tested in a Gecko browser(Firefox) and a Webkit Browser(Chrome)
- I will not make an effort to make pages IE compliant as Microsoft does not make an effort to make IE W3C-standards compliant.
- XHTML will be validated. CSS will be validated (as CSS3 is not yet finalized, it can not be validated).
- Site will be delivered to client in the requested method.
